TLC Product Return & Refund Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any product, you may return it within 30 days from the date of your order for a full refund or product exchange.
Returns are subject to the following guidelines
- Exchanges for the same product will be made for products that may have been damaged in transit.
- Products ordered for the first time may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping, and handling.
- For all other orders, returns of all unopened and resalable products** may be returned within (30)days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping, and handling.
- Products returned more than thirty (30) days from the purchase date are not eligible for a refund.
- Packages returned due to unsuccessful deliveries (i.e., three (3) delivery attempts, customer moved, customer provided incorrect or incomplete address) may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges to have the product resent.
Return Procedure:
To return your product, please send an email to support@mywellnessproducts.com with the following information:
- Order #
- A copy of your order confirmation email
- Your contact information
- Name
- Phone Number
- Shipping Address
- Detailed reason why you want to return your product.
After reciept of your above details via email, a customer service representative will be in contact with you for next steps.
